Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in New Delhi. The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating leads,



and promoting a range of HDFC Bank products and services, including accounts, loans, and payment solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting customers, explaining product features and benefits, managing sales documentation, and coordinating with branch and channel teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role involves tracking sales targets, maintaining accurate records in bank systems, and following up with customers to ensure high service standards and retention. The Sales Officer is also expected to adhere to compliance guidelines, uphold data confidentiality, and represent HDFC Bank professionally in the local market.
