1. About BAOIAMBAOIAM (Be One In A Million) is an EdTech organization focused on making career-oriented education and opportunities more accessible to learners.
As a growing organization, our HR team works across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and employee experience.
This internship is designed for candidates who want to understand how real-world recruitment works inside a growing organization while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment tracking.

2. Role ObjectiveThe objective of this internship is to help the intern understand and practically experience the complete recruitment lifecycle.
By the end of three months, the intern should be able to independently understand and execute the basic recruitment process:




Manpower Requirement → Job Description → Sourcing → Screening → Shortlisting → Interview Coordination → Candidate Follow-up → Selection → Offer/Joining Coordination → Recruitment Reporting
This is a learning-focused internship, but the intern will be expected to contribute to actual recruitment activities at BAOIAM.
