About the Role

Global Schools Group is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support prospective parents throughout the admissions journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parent engagement from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience while maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end parent lifecycle, ensuring seamless engagement from inquiry to enrollment.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from prospective parents regarding admissions.
* Provide counselling, address queries, and guide parents through the admission process, curriculum offerings, fee structure, and school benefits.
* Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot),



ensuring proper lead stage movement and status updates as per defined SOPs.
* Schedule and coordinate campus visits and support parent engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with academic teams, admissions teams, and campus stakeholders to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
* Build trust-based relationships with parents through professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
* Prepare and maintain daily and weekly MIS reports, tracking lead funnel performance, conversions, and productivity metrics.
* Achieve defined KPIs related to call quality, response time, follow-up adherence, lead-to-enrollment conversions, and customer experience.
* Participate in regular training, coaching, calibration sessions, and team reviews to continuously improve performance and process compliance.

* Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
