About Flotr
Flotr is a video-first travel marketplace. Travellers discover group trips, treks and community trips through videos and book them from verified travel agencies. We also run women-only trips and put safety and trust first. Agencies run their bookings, trip-day operations and groups on our TripOS portal and Partner app.

We are building the supply side of the marketplace, and this role is how it grows.

The role
You will find positive travel agencies across India, bring them onto Flotr, get their trips live, and help them run more of their business on Flotr. You will be the agency's go-to person at Flotr.

What you will do
• Find and shortlist group-trip, trekking, backpacking and community-travel agencies across India through Instagram, WhatsApp, calls and referrals
• Reach out, pitch Flotr and run demos of TripOS and the Partner app
• Help agencies register, complete their profile and publish their first trips with itineraries, pricing, dates and videos
• Get agencies to run more on Flotr: add their own customers, run trip day with check-ins and keep their trips updated




• Stay in touch with each agency, understand their problems and pass feedback to the Flotr team
• Keep your pipeline up to date in our admin tools
• Collect trip videos, with the agency's written permission

What we are looking for
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus)
• Comfort calling and messaging business owners you have never met
• A real interest in travel and a good feel for Instagram
• Organised, persistent and not discouraged by "no"
• Basic comfort with Google Sheets and learning new tools
• Willingness to do occasional field visits in Hyderabad
• Prior experience in travel sales, B2B sales or business development is a plus, but not required
• Experience as a travel creator or community organiser is welcome

Compensation
• Rs 15,000 per month fixed
• A guaranteed incentive of at least Rs 4,000 per month for your first two months
