Job Description

Job Summary

Support and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, configuration support, reporting, security administration, integrations, and stakeholder support across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA targets.

Develop and support integrations, EIBs, and data interfaces.

Develop reports, calculated fields, dashboards,



and perform data validation activities.

Support business process configurations, security setup, and organizational changes.

Provide production support for Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, and Reporting.

Participate in release testing, UAT, deployments, and change management activities.

Manage tickets and enhancements through ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and business teams to deliver solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of Workday Production Support experience.

Experience with Workday Integrations, EIB, Studio, Orchestration

Experience supporting global HR systems and release management.

Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
