Bootminds is hiring a Client Partner - BFSI to be based onsite in Bengaluru, India. This is a senior leadership role overseeing key accounts and driving the BFSI practice.

Key details:
- Full P&L; responsibility and end-to-end client management, including APAC Staffing Office and hiring managers across several cities.
- Expected to lead delivery: oversee talent benches, onboarding, retention, and redeployment.
- Growth target: acquire two new BFSI clients (banking, NBFC, insurance, or bank-GCC) within 18 months.
- Compliance, turnaround time, and billed professionals are major success metrics.

Requirements:
- 15+ years in IT services or professional staffing, with 8+ in BFSI client management.
- Experience running large global bank or NBFC accounts (50+ professionals, MSP/VMS exposure).
- Familiarity with Fieldglass or similar platforms, and a robust track record of meeting P&L; targets.
- Domain knowledge in AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, or risk is important.
- Based in Bengaluru or open to relocating; monthly travel to Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune required.

Salary: INR 25-40L. Full-time, onsite.
