Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for team members working the US shift. The role involves supporting healthcare revenue cycle processes such as data entry, verification, and updating patient and billing information in line with client requirements.



Daily tasks may include interacting with internal teams to clarify documentation, following standardized workflows and compliance guidelines, and meeting productivity and accuracy targets. Team members will use computer systems and tools to review and process information, identify and escalate issues, and ensure timely completion of assigned work. The role requires consistent attendance during US shift hours and collaboration with supervisors and peers to maintain service quality.
Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in US shift hours and in office in Ahmedabad, with strong time management and reliability.
• Proficiency in using computers, MS Office tools, and data entry or processing systems with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for working with documentation and internal teams.
