KLAY is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing leader to own and scale our digital marketing engine across performance, brand, content, SEO, CRM and analytics.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can combine strong digital expertise, commercial thinking and data-led decision-making to drive measurable business growth.

What you will own
• Own the digital marketing strategy, channel mix and overall digital marketing budget aligned to business objectives.
• Drive qualified lead generation, acquisition and conversion across paid search, paid social, display, affiliates and other digital channels.
• Own key performance metrics including CAC, CPL, conversion and ROI, with end-to-end funnel optimisation.
• Lead and scale paid media across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube and relevant emerging channels.
• Build KLAY's digital brand presence, awareness and consideration through compelling content and digital campaigns.
• Own the SEO and organic growth strategy, including content-led traffic growth.
• Drive CRM, email and WhatsApp marketing for lead nurturing,



engagement and customer retention.
• Establish robust digital analytics, attribution and reporting frameworks and translate data into business insights.
• Lead, develop and build a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Business and other stakeholders to translate business priorities into measurable digital outcomes.

What we are looking for
• 7–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing with ownership of strategy and budget.
• Experience in a consumer brand, FMCG, D2C, retail, ed-tech or digital agency environment.
• Strong track record in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Hands-on expertise across Paid Media, SEO, CRM and Digital Analytics.
• Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, ROI, conversion funnels, attribution and performance reporting.
• Experience managing and developing digital marketing teams.
