Stier Solutions is looking for an experienced HR / US IT Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of recruitment activities along with key HR responsibilities.

? Location: Film Nagar, Hyderabad – On-site
? Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
? Experience: 2+ Years
? Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives

? Key Responsibilities
? Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
? Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
? Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions
? Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
? Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records
? Support onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, and other HR activities
? Assist in maintaining workplace policies, communication, and employee engagement
? Use ATS, LinkedIn, and AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency

✅ Requirements




✔ Previous US IT Staffing experience is mandatory
✔ Minimum 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience
✔ Strong communication and candidate-handling skills
✔ Good understanding of IT roles and technical recruitment
✔ Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS platforms
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
✔ Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills

? US IT Staffing experience is mandatory for this position.
? Freshers are not eligible for this role.
? Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings.
? This is an on-site position in Film Nagar, Hyderabad.
? No cab facility is provided.
