Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and energy storage sectors,



focusing on commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate scoping of solutions, and conducting market research to track industry trends and competitor activities. The Business Development Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, participate in client meetings and presentations, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts.
