Role Description The CA Foundation role at Apollo Group Mining is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The individual in this role will support the finance and accounting team with day-to-day tasks such as assisting in bookkeeping, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting internal audits. Responsibilities include helping with cost tracking for mining operations, assisting in compliance-related documentation, and maintaining accurate records for tax and regulatory filings under guidance. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, participating in process improvement initiatives, and learning to apply foundational accounting and financial principles in a practical, industrial setting.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts; successful completion or ongoing pursuit of CA Foundation is required.




• Ability to work with spreadsheets and accounting software; strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and assist in cost and compliance analysis.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and audit teams.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and a disciplined approach to documentation and record-keeping.
• Willingness to learn about mining industry operations and regulatory requirements; prior internship or exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field (completed or in progress) is preferred, alongside CA Foundation enrollment or qualification.
