Role Description
This full-time,



on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support growth across Tallento.ai’s education and emerging verticals. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Tallento.ai’s solutions to decision-makers. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to customize proposals, managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, and tracking activities and performance metrics in CRM tools. The Business Development Executive will also gather market feedback, contribute to sales strategies, and represent Tallento.ai at client meetings and relevant industry events.
