About us :
At Closer, we specialize in crafting impactful User Generated Content - UGC ads that amplify the brand’s presence and drive higher ROAS in performance campaigns and influencer marketing campaigns. We collaborate with a diverse network of creators to produce authentic, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

As an HR Intern, you'll work to support end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants broad exposure to generalist HR functions in a fast-paced agency environment.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Timings :10:30-6:30
Stipend : 10-15k

Roles and Responsibilities-
• End-to-end recruitment – Source candidates (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals), screen resumes, conduct HR screening calls, schedule interviews, and maintain the candidate tracker.
• Offer & onboarding management – Support offer rollout and documentation, coordinate pre-boarding, induction,



and access setup for new joiners.
• HR records & compliance – Maintain employee databases, attendance/leave records, contracts, and compliance documentation (including POSH records).
• Payroll & HR operations support – Assist with payroll data collection, coordination, and general day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
• Employee engagement support – Help plan and execute engagement activities, HR events, and culture initiatives.

Requirements-
• Graduated in HR , Psychology or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic HR documentation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, small-team workplace.
