Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales BDM / Client Support professional with experience in B2B Software Sales and Healthcare IT. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, identifying business opportunities, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closure.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HMIS modules, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interact effectively with hospitals and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new clients and institutional accounts, particularly hospitals and healthcare organizations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify target hospitals and healthcare institutions for business development.




• Conduct product/project demonstrations to clients and explain features, advantages, and business value.
• Understand client requirements and provide consultative selling solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and digital channels.
• Research and identify new market opportunities and potential accounts.
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate with internal technical/product teams to address client requirements.
• Handle client queries, provide product support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client and sales information using CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demos, and business development activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
