About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Events to lead our events and on-ground activation strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in D2C/FMCG brands, with expertise in executing high-impact consumer events, brand activations, experiential marketing, and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of on-ground activations, consumer events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand experiences.
* Develop and execute an events calendar aligned with brand and business objectives.
* Identify and evaluate relevant events, festivals, exhibitions, communities, and consumer touchpoints for brand participation.
* Manage event agencies, vendors, production partners, promoters, and other external stakeholders.
* Own event budgets, negotiations, timelines, logistics, and execution.
* Create memorable consumer experiences that drive brand awareness, engagement, trials, and acquisition.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing,



Influencer, Social Media, Sales, and E-commerce teams to integrate events with larger campaigns.
* Explore creative opportunities for D2C brand activations, sampling, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
* Track and measure event performance, ROI, leads, consumer engagement, and overall impact.
* Travel as required for events and activations across India.
* Build and maintain a strong network of event agencies, vendors, venues, and partners.

Requirements

* 5–7 years of experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, or related roles.
* Prior experience with a D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, wellness, beauty, nutrition, or consumer brand is preferred.
* Strong hands-on experience in on-ground activations and event execution.
* Excellent vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and project management skills.
* Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and experiential marketin
