About the Role

At 5T FITTINGS, we are expanding our presence in the global fashion and accessories industry. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Design Intern to join our team for the exciting launch of a new fashion brand.

This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to participate in the end-to-end design and manufacturing journey. You will work closely with our international design, product development, and production teams—translating raw creative ideas into production-ready technical specifications for dresses, apparel, and fashion accessories.

Key Responsibilities• Concept & Visual Creation: Assist in trend research, mood board creation, digital sketching, and assembling presentation boards for current product drops.
• Technical Design & Spec Sheets: Help translate design concepts into detailed technical spec sheets (tech packs), including garment construction details, trims, and dimensions.
• Sample Development Support: Evaluate physical samples, review fabrications, colorways, and materials, ensuring alignment with aesthetic and quality standards.




• Brand Styling & Layouts: Create clean digital layouts and contribute styling concepts that uphold brand identity and client vision.
• Team & File Management: Maintain organized digital design archives and collaborate asynchronously across global production and supply chain teams.

Who You Are (Qualifications)• Design & Styling Acumen: Background or training in Fashion Design, Apparel Styling, or Product Visuals.
• Textile & Sewing Knowledge: Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern logic, seam structures, and fabric behavior.
• Digital Graphic Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar digital sketching software.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional visual sense with an eye for proportions, trims, hardware, and brand consistency.
