Role Description The Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Partner will lead client engagements, from identifying business development opportunities to designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies at the ground level. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their objectives, overseeing market research, developing go-to-market plans,



and coordinating execution with internal and client teams. The Partner will monitor performance metrics, refine strategies based on results, and ensure alignment with clients’ business goals across manufacturing, retail, and service sectors. This role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to firm-wide growth initiatives, and representing the firm in external forums and networking events.
