Role Description This is a full time, on-site BTL Execution (Field Sales) role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves visiting residential societies to conduct on-ground marketing activities,



including setting up kiosks, running campaigns, and engaging with residents and management committees to promote NoBrokerHood’s solutions. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, giving product demonstrations, and driving conversions through direct interaction with potential customers. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal sales and operations teams, tracking campaign performance, and sharing field insights to improve execution. The role also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with society decision-makers to ensure long-term adoption and retention.
