Role
We are looking for a Category Manager to drive category growth, revenue and profitability. The role will involve end-to-end category ownership with a strong focus on D2C, e-commerce, P&L; and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Own category strategy and drive revenue, growth and profitability.
• Manage category P&L; and key commercial metrics.
• Analyse consumer, category and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage assortment, pricing, promotions and product lifecycle.
• Track D2C and marketplace performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products, variants and innovations.
• Drive product launches and category initiatives end-to-end.
• Monitor sales, margins,



inventory and profitability.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Supply Chain teams.
• Present category performance, insights and action plans to leadership.

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in Category Management, E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Retail or Consumer Brands.
• Strong hands-on experience with P&L;, revenue and profitability management.
• Good understanding of category growth, consumer behaviour and commercial metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing D2C/marketplace channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Women candidates preferred.
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
