Education Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree with experience in managing Electronic medical records in hospital,
clinics or public healthcare facilities with minimum 4 years of experience.
A background in hospital record management is preferred. (Working experience in Hospitals preferred).
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to Lead the development of a secure Patient Portal for hospitals, clinics, and public health organizations. Drive product vision, manage backlog, and ensure compliance with Finnish healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Define product roadmap and prioritize features (appointments, messaging, prescriptions, Kanta integration).
• Translate customer requirements into user stories and manage backlog.
• Collaborate with development teams using Agile practices.
• Ensure GDPR and Finnish data privacy compliance.
• Engage stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members in healthcare EMR domain.
