We're Hiring: Senior Associate - Bid Management

Location: Bangalore (India) | Subex Ltd | Experience: [4 - 6 Years]

Do you thrive on turning complex RFPs into winning proposals? Subex is looking for a Bid Management professional to own the end-to-end tender and proposal process, working across Presales, Delivery, SMEs, Customer Success, Legal and Finance to help us win.

What you'll do:

• Handle tender bid documentation, including RFQs, RFIs and RFPs
• Develop detailed proposals, bids and RFI responses by collaborating with Presales, Delivery, SME, Customer Success, Legal and Finance teams
• Follow the Bid Management Process and ensure it is practiced by you and cross-functional teams
• Build and manage a reusable information repository, and lead automation initiatives through content libraries
• Work closely with Sales to gather the right information from clients, vendors and other stakeholders
• Create and deliver customized pitches,



communication and presentations to customers

What we're looking for:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Superb coordination skills across multiple departments at once
• Ability to draw out the required information from people, both within Subex and externally
• Strong presentation and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize objectively and work to explicit deadlines
• MBA with IT Systems and/or Marketing specialization
