About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to support a project focused on evaluating and improving next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your expertise in software engineering to assess AI-generated code and solve challenging real-world engineering problems.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
• Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
• Review AI reasoning related to architecture, debugging, and system design.
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance.

Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of software engineering experience at a top technology company, including some experience within the past 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, algorithms,



and data structures.
• Strong code review and debugging skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions in writing.
• Based in an English-speaking country.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience evaluating complex software systems or AI-generated code.
• Robust background in software architecture and system design.
• Experience creating technical problems, solutions, and testing strategies.

Compensation
• Competitive compensation of $245–$280/hour.
• Independent contractor engagement.
• Approximately 100 positions available.
