Position Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of total IT experience and 5+ years dedicated to Salesforce platform engineering. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of developers to drive the end-to-end technical design, development, and execution of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs).
The ideal candidate combines deep programmatic and declarative expertise (Apex, LWC, Integrations) with solid technical leadership, team management capabilities, and architectural judgment. You will be responsible for building scalable enterprise applications, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (including ERPs), maintaining delivery standards, and mentoring junior developers.
