Role Description The Customer Service Representative Team Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, handling escalated customer inquiries, coaching and mentoring team members, and assisting with scheduling and workload distribution. The Team Lead will collaborate with management to refine customer service processes,



track key performance metrics, and implement improvement initiatives. This role also involves maintaining transparent communication with clients, preparing reports on service delivery, and supporting training for new and existing team members.
Qualifications

• Strong background in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team of Customer Service Representatives, with the ability to set expectations, provide feedback, and support performance improvement.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time well, and use online tools and CRM systems to track and resolve customer issues.
