Role Description The MARKETING & SALES SPECIALISTS DELHI NCR role is a full-time remote position focused on promoting BIOSKOOL.in products and expanding their reach within schools, colleges, and educational organizations in the Delhi NCR region. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential institutional clients, presenting product offerings, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations or training sessions online, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. The role also involves gathering market feedback,



collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, and tracking sales performance to meet growth targets.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Service and Training skills to support institutions, address queries, and deliver product orientations or workshops.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and work towards sales targets.
• Sales Management capabilities to manage pipelines, forecast demand, and maintain organized records of prospects and clients.
• Familiarity with the education sector, preferably in science or biology-related domains.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic digital literacy for online meetings and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Bus
