OneMetric (formerly Growtomation) is a revenue enablement partner for modern B2B teams. We work with global companies to streamline their sales, marketing, and customer success processes using HubSpot and RevOps frameworks, helping them scale efficiently and drive predictable revenue.

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, starting conversations, and creating recent business opportunities with global companies.

You’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline by identifying the right accounts, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their business challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers across global markets.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Execute multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other relevant channels.




• Write personalized and relevant messaging based on account and prospect research.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and potential fit.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects across different stages of the outreach cycle.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM.
• Track outreach, response, and conversion metrics and use these insights to improve your approach.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve targeting, messaging, and pipeline generation.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and consistently work towards outreach and pipeline goals.

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SDR/BDR, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
