Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing potential clients across education, corporate, and government sectors. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. The person in this role will maintain and grow key accounts, build long-term client relationships,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions. Daily responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, reporting on sales performance, and representing the company at meetings, events, and presentations.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Account Management and client relationship skills to retain and grow existing business.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
