We are seeking an experienced Manager – Project Management & Financial Operations to lead operational delivery, stakeholder management & governance within our Centre of Excellence, supporting a leading Alternative Asset Management firm.
The role will support the Tax Compliance function, with responsibility for the management, oversight, and review of tax compliance reporting and related obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

This position is suited for professionals with experience in financial services, alternative investments, asset management, fund administration, or audit environments. Candidates should possess solid project management, stakeholder management, and operational leadership capabilities, along with experience managing complex business processes and working with global teams and external service providers. Prior experience with a Big 4 firm at some stage of the candidate's career is a mandatory requirement.



PMP certification is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance Oversight
• Manage relationships with tax advisors, fund administrators, and service providers.
• Oversee tax compliance deliverables, statutory reporting requirements, and compliance calendars across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor filing deadlines, approvals, and stakeholder actions.
• Support process enhancements and governance initiatives within the tax compliance function.

Operational Leadership & People Management
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned function, ensuring delivery excellence through adherence to service levels, quality standards, governance requirements, and internal controls.
