Role & responsibilities

Location : Chennai , Bangalore, Mumbai , Gurgaon , Hyderabad

Legal

1. Reviewing all routine agreements like Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Property Lease Agreements, Licensing & Manufacturing Agreements etc

2. Advising the management of business/ legal and commercial risks arising out of clauses in the agreement by way of clause/ risk tracker.

3. Assisting in implementing Contract Management System with AI integration.

4. Advice on major corporate actions like acquisitions. Incorporation of subsidiaries etc including due diligence, shareholders agreement drafting etc.

5. Working with empanelled law firms, advocates etc to handle legal issues as and when the need arises and to obtain legal opinions as appropriate.

6. Reviewing and vetting reply to show cause notices and clarifications and interacting with regulators.

7. Assisting in Intellectual Property registration and enforcement (like Trademarks,



Copyrights etc).

Optional :

8. Assisting in updating and maintaining the Compliance Management tool for driving organisation wide Compliances.

9. Identifying and updating Compliance Owners, Reviewers, Approvers etc and training them periodically on Compliance Management tool.

10. Analysing weekly updates to the Compliance Management program/ system based on changes in law, circulars, notifications etc with respect to all the laws applicable

to the Company and incorporating the checklists.

11. Carrying out periodic Compliance Audit of all locations and preparing a dashboard of Compliance issues location wise and function wise

12. Keeping abreast of all judicial pronouncements and statutory developments affecting the Organisations Compliance landscape
