Production & Quality Supervisor Idler Roller Manufacturing Production and Quality Supervisor

Location: Machagar,IMT Faridabad

Experience: 1-2 years in Idler/Roller manufacturing or similar mechanical manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day idler roller production as per production planning and delivery schedules.
- Effectively handle and allocate labour/workers to ensure smooth production.
- Manage raw material, components and finished-goods inventory in line with production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of planned quantities.
- Carry out quality and functional inspection of idler rollers, including:
- Dimensional inspection
- TR (Total Runout) / runout checking
- Shaft and tube dimensions
- Bearing fitment and rotation
- Overall roller functionality and workmanship
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Identify production and quality issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain production, inspection and inventory records.
