Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of IT and cybersecurity projects. The role will involve managing projects related to cybersecurity assessments & Audits, website and application development, software solutions, testing, accessibility, and other technology services.

The Project Manager will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring that project requirements, timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and client expectations are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT and cybersecurity projects from project initiation through final delivery and closure.
- Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring completion within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Manage projects related to cybersecurity assessments, website/application testing, accessibility, software development, and other IT services.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into explicit project scope, deliverables, milestones, and action plans.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, development, testing, accessibility, technical, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle and respond to client queries, technical/project-related concerns, status requests, feedback, and clarification requirements, coordinating with technical teams wherever necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, pending requirements, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.




- Coordinate with clients for required documents, credentials, approvals, feedback, testing access, and other project inputs.
- Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables and take timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate cyber security audit related activities, including documentation, testing, observations, corrective actions, and follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable technical, cybersecurity, quality, and client requirements.
- Coordinate testing, security assessments, UAT, issue resolution, deployment, certification activities, and final project handover.
- Monitor project team performance, resource allocation, workload, and delivery commitments.
- Conduct regular internal project review meetings and provide project status reports to senior management.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, client communications, trackers, and other project records.
- Identify and manage project risks, delays, scope changes, technical dependencies, and client-side dependencies.
- Coordinate with management and technical teams for timely resolution and escalation of critical project issues.
- Support preparation of project proposals,



estimates, statements of work, work plans, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Ensure proper client sign-off, project closure, knowledge transfer, and documentation upon completion.
- Maintain robust client relationships and support opportunities for repeat business and additional project requirements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, software development, or technology services.
- Experience in managing client-facing IT/cybersecurity projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge or experience of cybersecurity assessments, website/application testing, or software development projects will be an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or relevant project management certification will be an advantage.
