Job Purpose
• Effective Tracking of MISs to ensure timely action of leads
• Manage Real time Sales support to Field Team
• Provide timely inputs to finance team for P&L; Management
• Run contest for teams as agreed with stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities
o Manage Real time Sales support to Field Team on STS & co-ordinate with Credit, RCU, COE & IT team to transparent roadblocks
o SFDC ID creation for Call Centre agents & On Role Sales team members on STS
o Testing System enhancements for smoother functioning.
o Manage SFDC Reports in form of Business Reports, Hierarchy maintenance
o Creating/Configuring Schemes as per Business Requirement
o Monthly Target Allocation to Sales team

o Automation of MISs
o Identify & fix regular issues faced by field team
Major Challenges
o Manage Real time Sales support to Field
o Tracking MISs to ensure on time business decisions are made
