As a Oracle Fusion PPM and Fixed Assets - Senior Associate - Consult you will analyze client needs, support Oracle Financials configuration and implementation, and help deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial process management within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, develop a deeper understanding of the business context, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members while navigating complex situations and shifting priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support client-facing delivery across Oracle Finance, use skilled judgment to interpret feedback and data, and contribute to deliverables that align with broader project objectives and the Oracle Competency Network.

Responsibilities

- Configuring Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management and Fixed Assets solutions to support client finance transformation needs
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system design, setup, and process changes




- Supporting implementation workstreams across project accounting, asset management, and record-to-report activities
- Testing configurations, validating data flows, and resolving issues during deployment and post-go-live support
- Preparing functional documentation, process maps, and solution walkthroughs for client stakeholders
- Interpreting accounting and reporting requirements to align system outputs with finance policies and controls
- Coordinating defect resolution, change requests, and release activities across project phases
- Guiding junior team members on configuration tasks, issue triage, and task completion
- Building client relationships by anticipating needs, responding to feedback, and clarifying project priorities
- Applying Oracle Financials knowledge to improve finance processes and support operational efficiency

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating Oracle Fusion PPM and Fixed Assets implementation knowledge
- Applying accounting and financial reporting concepts in client projects
- Interpreting finance process improvements and system data
- Collaborating across client teams while navigating ambiguity
