Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day Company Secretarial and corporate compliance activities

- Support preparation and documentation of Board and Committee meetings

- Assist with ROC filings, statutory registers and records

- Maintain compliance calendars and trackers

- Support drafting of notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions and other secretarial documents

- Assist with Companies Act and regulatory compliance

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on legal & compliance matters

- Support corporate governance and other related legal/secretarial activities

What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing CS Executive / CS Professional or semi-qualified CS

- Candidates with relevant Company Secretarial / Legal internship or practical exposure will be preferred

- Good understanding of the Companies Act and secretarial compliances

- Strong drafting,



documentation and communication skills

- Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage timelines

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Early joiners who can commit to a 6–8 month assignment will be preferred
