Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Technical Consultant with solid expertise in CRM customization, integrations, and Azure-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales solutions, including custom plug-ins, JavaScript development, North52 business automation, and enterprise integrations with SAP and Azure technologies.

Experience in data engineering solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL Server is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 Plug-ins, custom workflows, and business process automation.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, dashboards, security roles, and business rules.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, HTML, and Web Resources.
- Build and maintain business automation using North52 Formula Manager and custom scripting.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external enterprise applications using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.




- Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365, SAP, and other business applications.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, deployment planning, and technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
