Reporting – Marketing head- Kotak CIIB & Private Banking

1. Strategy development and execution for the launch of recent proposition for ONE SME and Self employed segment
2. Ideate, plan and execute events and programmes for new client acquisition and engagement with existing clients
1. Ideation and end-to-end execution of events at a national or regional level
2. Develop innovative ideas of engaging with TG at these events
3. Bank events like Maroon 5, Guns n Roses etc

- 360 launch

1. Ideate, plan and execute new product launches across all platforms- ATL, BTL

- Communication campaigns

1. Work with cross functional teams to drive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives (both internal and external)
1. Content creation - video content/podcast /static etc to drive product campaigns

- Awards, Media & PR

1. build visibility of leaders through media and PR - Ensure consistent media coverage for key stakeholders identified
2. Liaise with PR team to drive launch and coverage for specific launches, events etc
3. Liaise with group marketing team and coordinate w.r.t award entries submission,



report submissions etc and amplification of awards won – internal and external, social

- Lead the digital & social initiatives

1. Lead all digital projects w.r.t creation of new portals, app development, website, NB, MB, WA banking etc
1. Launch and ongoing maintenance/sustenance campaigns
2. Drive SEO, SEM, performance marketing campaigns

- Manage & update content regularly across all platforms

- Timely budgeting process, expense tracking and vendor payments

Skills required

1. Creative bent of mind/able to ideate innovatively
2. End to end campaign & event execution skills
3. Sound marketing fundamentals
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Fluency and command over English
6. Basic IT skills
7. Ability to multi-task, solid sense of urgency of timelines (agility), demonstrable desire to work hard and accept new challenges, robust work ethic, effective people skills and the ability to work in a diverse team
8. Understanding of financial markets is at best an advantage. It is by no means a requirement. Greater value is placed on willingness to learn, creativity, people skills and a strong work ethic
