Role Requirement: Roles & Responsibilities
This service requires responsiblity for supporting various aspects of logistics and warehouse operations. This role is typically an entry-level or early-career position, and it involves assisting the senior staff in day-to-day operational tasks. 1. Survey of Loaded Containers for damages and inform Client regarding damaged containers
This role is an excellent entry point into the logistics and warehousing industry, providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop skills necessary for career advancement. 2. Survey of Empty containers.
Candidates for this position should have good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn and grow within the field of logistics and warehousing. 3. Gate In of containers Loaded & Empty through handheld device
4. Gate In of Cargo using tablets/desktop pc basis Carting Job order.
5.Generate reports on daily basis for :
a) Gate In Loaded containers
b)



Gate In Empty containers Line/ Agent wise.
6. To report damage containers to superiors
7. Ensure that all shifting of containers and movement are done with relevant permissions
8. Ensure that all shifting of containers and movement are done with relevant permissions.
9. Ensure Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies and SOP’s are followed
10.Ensure to follow green policies adapted by the company
Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Must possess a robust work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
