What You'll Do:

- Lead used tractor procurement across Uttar Pradesh
- Build and strengthen dealer & farmer relationships
- Manage and mentor field procurement teams
- Drive procurement targets and business growth
- Identify current sourcing opportunities and expand the procurement network

We're Looking For:

- Experience in the tractor, farm equipment, or automobile industry
- Strong dealer network and market knowledge in Uttar Pradesh
- Experience in procurement, sales, or exchange operations
- Team management and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel across Uttar Pradesh
