Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain the RFP playbook, including templates, scoring matrices, evaluation criteria libraries, and BAFO approach for sourcing cycles.
- Manage end-to-end RFP logistics, including bidder documentation, Q&A; routing, evaluation materials, and master tracker updates.
- Coordinate evaluation panel sessions and governance meetings across Technology, Finance, and Risk stakeholders.
- Support evaluation and scoring administration, consolidate panel inputs, and prepare sourcing decision logs and approval records.
- Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation and continuously refine playbook content based on lessons learned from completed cycles.

Skills Required:





- 8+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement operations, or RFP program management.
- Strong experience in IT sourcing, procurement, and RFP lifecycle management.
- Hands-on capability in building and maintaining sourcing playbooks, templates, and scoring frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent RFx cycles with structured documentation and governance discipline.
- Experience coordinating stakeholder reviews, evaluation sessions, and sourcing approvals across complex programs.
