1. Shift In-Charge CPP Operations :
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years in DCS-operated Captive Power Plant operations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor day-to-day CPP operations through DCS, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient plant performance.
2. Lead shift operations, coordinate with Boiler, Turbine and E&I; teams, and ensure smooth power generation.
3. Monitor plant parameters, troubleshoot operational issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
2. Engineer Boiler :
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years in Boiler Operations
Preferred: BOE Certificate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and operate boiler systems to ensure safe, stable and efficient steam generation.
2. Coordinate with shift teams for boiler start-up, shutdown, load management and troubleshooting.
3. Monitor key boiler parameters and ensure adherence to operational, safety and maintenance standards.
3. Engineer Turbine :
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years in Turbine Operations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor turbine systems to ensure reliable and efficient power generation.
2. Handle turbine start-up, shutdown, load changes and operational troubleshooting as per SOPs.
3. Monitor turbine parameters and coordinate with Boiler and E&I; teams for smooth plant operations.
4. Engineer Turbine Field Operator :
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years in Turbine Operations
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Conduct field monitoring and operation of turbine equipment and associated systems.
2. Perform routine equipment inspections, identify abnormalities and support troubleshooting activities.
3. Coordinate with the control room team during start-up, shutdown and load variation activities while maintaining safety standards.
5. Shift In-Charge E&I;, CPP :
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years in E&I; operations within a Captive Power Plant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead shift-wise Electrical & Instrumentation operations and ensure reliable functioning of CPP systems.
2. Monitor electrical and instrumentation equipment, identify faults and coordinate troubleshooting with maintenance teams.
3. Ensure proper preventive maintenance, safety compliance and availability of critical E&I; systems.
6. Engineer Instrumentation :
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
Experience: 57 years in Instrumentation, preferably in a Captive Power Plant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain instrumentation systems, control loops, sensors and field instruments across the CPP.
2. Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues to minimize downtime and ensure plant reliability.
3. Support calibration, preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of DCS/PLC and associated instrumentation systems.
Common Preference & Application :
Industry Preference: Candidates from Cement / Steel / Heavy Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
