Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding current hires. Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
