Current Designation: Lead Associate (LA) or Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Manage the team and ensure production and quality targets are met as per company requirements. Identify issues proactively and escalate appropriately before they impact clients. Enhance team capability and productivity while maintaining robust client service standards. Handle client issue-related emails and escalate communications to the Manager only when necessary. Maintain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end medical billing process across all shifts.
