About the Role: We are looking for a welcoming and organized female executive to be the face of our premium recovery and biohacking studio. You will handle client bookings, manage the front desk, and help sell memberships to people who walk in or call.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience: Welcome clients, manage the daily booking system, and handle all billing smoothly.
- Sales & Upselling: Talk to walk-in customers and callers, explain our therapies (like red light therapy and cryotherapy), and confidently sell memberships or extra services.
- Studio Vibe: Make sure the reception and waiting areas are always clean, quiet, and highly skilled.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate the daily schedules for our therapists and medical staff so clients never have to wait.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 to 4 years in front desk management, hospitality, or inside sales.
- Education: Any Bachelors degree.
- Skills: Excellent English speaking skills. Must be highly organized, warm, and confident in talking to people and closing sales.
