We are hiring for the position of System QA & Automation Engineer for our Bangalore location.

Experience: 4 to 15 Years
Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute system test strategies for cloud-native applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.
- Perform functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality.
- Validate upgrades, backup & restore, performance, scalability, and stability aspects of the product.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Contribute to test automation, quality improvements, and continuous testing initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 4 to 15 years of experience in System Testing and Test Automation.




- Solid hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Python and/or Golang, and Linux environments.
- Experience with databases/monitoring platforms such as ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, OpenSearch, or MariaDB.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Ginkgo and Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of OSS/OAM/EMS/NMS telecom domains.
- Experience in Upgrade, Backup & Restore, Performance, and Stability testing.
- Exposure to Agentic AI tools and AI-driven testing practices is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
