AVP – Data Delivery Manager | Data Architect
Role Summary
We are seeking a senior Data delivery leader/architect who can drive client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery management for large-scale enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Informatica, Netezza, Databricks, Cloud Data Platforms, AI, Analytics, and Data Modernization, coupled with a proven track record of growing strategic accounts and delivering complex data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programs across onshore and offshore teams.
- Manage scope, budget, resource planning, delivery quality, and timelines.
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery metrics, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive business discovery workshops and transformation roadmaps.
- Manage communications, risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
Solution Architecture & Innovation
- Define enterprise data strategy, architecture, and modernization roadmaps.
- Architect scalable Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and AI platforms.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, data quality, metadata management, lineage, and governance initiatives.
- Champion innovation through Agentic AI, GenAI, and intelligent data operations.
Client Relationship Management
- Identify and develop opportunities in Data Modernization, AI, Analytics, Cloud Migration, and Data Governance.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and act as a strategic technology advisor.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15-20+ years of experience in Data Management, BI/Analytics, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Robust hands-on and architectural expertise in:
- Informatica PowerCenter / IDMC / IICS – Primary
- PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Pyspark - Secondary
- Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling – Primary
- Cloud Data Platforms (Databricks/Azure) - Secondary
- Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata & Lineage-
- AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI solutions-Optional
- Informatica / Oracle / Netezza ( Must) - Primary
- Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, or similar highly regulated industries.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. 12-15 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
