Job Description:
Provide L1/L2 End User Computing and Windows Support to users in a 24x7 support environment. The role involves troubleshooting Windows desktop/server issues, printer and print-service problems, basic Active Directory administration, software installation, patching, and incident/request resolution in accordance with defined SLAs and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic Windows desktop/server support and troubleshoot OS-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve printer installation, configuration, driver, print queue, and connectivity issues.
• Perform basic Active Directory administration, including user and group management and access-related activities.
• Troubleshoot network printers, print spooler, and Windows print services.
• Support Windows patching, software installation, upgrades, and updates.
• Monitor, prioritize,
and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.
• Maintain accurate incident/request documentation and update knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring issues and follow standard troubleshooting procedures to improve resolution efficiency.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to L2/L3 support teams with appropriate troubleshooting details.
• Follow established ITIL processes covering Incident, Service Request, and Change Management.
• Coordinate with relevant infrastructure and application teams when required for issue resolution.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Windows Desktop/Server Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS and common desktop/server issues.
• Good knowledge of Printer Support, including:
• Printer installation and configuration
• Printer drivers
• Print queues
• Print spooler
• Network printers
• Print connectivity issues
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory – user/group administration, account management, and access support.
• Knowledge of Windows patching, software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in handling Incidents and Service Requests within defined SLAs.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Request, and Change Management.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation/knowledge articles.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational support environment.
Professional Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
. 6+ years of relevant experience in a dedicated DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering role.

Proven track record of automating complex multi workplace deployments and driving platform reliability.
Preferred / Desirable Qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.
• Exposure to SCCM/MECM or Intune.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of remote support tools and enterprise endpoint management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or ITIL certification.
