Marketing Campaigns are critical drivers of American Express strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers. Marketing teams across international need best in class tools and processes to enable flawless and timely delivery of their campaigns to unlock the value for our customers and prospects. The International Campaign Solutions & Execution Team within International Marketing Experiences (IMX) is responsible for supporting campaign targeting, execution, delivery and fulfillment.

The Analyst, International Campaign Solutions & Execution team, will play a key role in driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across campaign targeting and execution processes for international markets. This role will serve as a trusted consultant to marketing stakeholders by providing insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions that enhance marketer experience, improve operational effectiveness, and accelerate speed to market. The individual will actively identify opportunities for process improvement, support change management initiatives, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-based tools, to deliver scalable business value.

Responsibilities

Provide consultative support to marketing partners by understanding business needs, identifying challenges, and recommending practical solutions and best practices.

- Support process improvement and change management initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and drive adoption of recent capabilities.

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies,



and implement innovative solutions that improve marketer experience and business outcomes.

- Actively challenge the status quo by bringing forward new ideas, data-driven recommendations, and creative approaches to solve business problems.

- Partner with stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful execution of operational initiatives.

- Support the implementation and adoption of system enhancements, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions.

- Coordinate and support operational control activities, risk assessments, internal-audits, and process documentation to strengthen the control environment.

- Analyze operational performance & market landscapes and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to drive continuous enhancement.

- Contribute to transformation and automation initiatives across international markets through collaboration, testing, process design, and stakeholder engagement.

- Support team members by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications





- - Proven experience in stakeholder consultation, business problem solving, and process improvement.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility, influence outcomes, and work effectively across diverse teams.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and deliver results.

- Strong change management mindset with experience supporting operational or technology-driven transformations.

- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop practical, scalable solutions that improve effectiveness and reduce risk.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating insights into actionable recommendations.

- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation technologies, and data-driven approaches to improve operational processes and business outcomes.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

- - Ability to balance multiple priorities and make sound decisions based on business needs, risks, and available data.

- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment and collaborating across regions and cultures.

- Working knowledge of data and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar technologies

- Master’s degree in management, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or any other relevant qualification

2-6 years of relevant work experience
