Position: Asst. Manager – Graphic Designer

Location: Malad - Mumbai

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

- Product Visualization & Animation:
- Produce marketing-grade photorealistic stills, turntable renders, and dynamic animations highlighting textures, materials, and internal functional sequences.
- Packaging & Graphic Design:
- Conceptualize and execute technical dieline layouts and visual packaging designs, working within specific structural constraints for materials like brown kraft corrugated cardboard.
- Brand Collateral Development:
- Design comprehensive marketing materials, including print-ready assets, thank-you cards, and cohesive social media campaigns that emphasize technical performance and brand trust.
- AI-Integrated Workflows:
- Develop and maintain specialized image generation frameworks and custom AI prompting instructions to efficiently produce high-fidelity product photography across various aspect ratios.
- Workplace & Lighting Design:
- Build realistic studio or contextual environments (industrial settings or minimal lifestyle backdrops) to showcase products in their ideal context.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner directly with engineering and marketing teams to ensure uncompromising technical accuracy and strict brand alignment across all visual assets.
- Post-Production & Editing:
- Edit, Colour-grade, and composite final video sequences,



integrating motion graphics, visual effects, and customized scripts where necessary.

Required Skills

- 3D & CAD Workflows:
- Deep proficiency in Blender (including familiarity with Python scripting/automation) alongside experience with Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max. Strong capability in importing and optimizing CAD formats (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks).
- Rendering Engines:
- Expertise in Blender Cycles, KeyShot, V-Ray, Redshift, or Octane.
- Graphic Design & Vector Art:
- Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and creating precise white vector line art for print.
- AI & Technical Competencies:
- Experience configuring local AI development environments (e.g., within Visual Studio) and utilizing advanced prompt engineering for creative generation.
- Post-Production:
- Strong command of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro for compositing and timeline editing.
- Foundational Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of UV mapping, advanced studio lighting, camera animation, structural packaging constraints, and visual composition.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
