Role
Paar Autonomy is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the complete development of advanced electro-mechanical products—from concept and design to field deployment and production
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end: Requirements → Hardware Design → Development → Bring-up → Production
- Lead mechanical, electronics, embedded and software engineering teams.
- Drive product architecture, technical decisions, milestones, resources and schedules.
- Review mechanical designs, CAD, PCB hardware, embedded systems and system integration.
- Coordinate cameras, sensors, motors, actuators, controllers and communication interfaces.
- Drive technical reviews, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure mechanical, electrical, firmware and software integration is completed successfully.
- Communicate project status,
risks and technical decisions to management and customers.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in technical project management, product development or engineering leadership.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and hardware design with valuable understanding of embedded/software systems.
- Experience with electro-mechanical, robotics, aerospace, defense, imaging or autonomous systems is preferred.
- Ability to understand CAD, schematics, PCB layouts and system architecture.
- Strong ownership, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
