Job Title

Senior Executive

Job Description

To review BMR/ ECR/ BPR review. To verify dispatches consignments. Issuance of Product & QR code labels.

1. Issuance of Documents to user department.

2. Attaining the FG sampling,



product label and seal verification while dispatch.

3. Document readiness for audit.

4. Participate in the dispatch activity.

5. Packing and repacking of intermediate and API as per requirement.

6. Issuance of product labels as per requisition from production.

7. Review of the Batch Production records (BMRs / BPR / ECRs).

8. Verification of various log books for completeness in respective QA section.

9. Ensure that deviations are reported online.

10.Monitoring that the materials are stored at defined storage conditions and labelled

appropriately.

11.Identifying and report the potential areas of contamination/cross contamination in the

Site.

12.Verifying the SOPs compliance in shop floor.

13.Report any incident / accident / near miss / illness to the superiors

14.Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors

15.And any other job as may be assigned to you from time to time.

16.Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior.
